Peer Mentors

Peer Mentors are students from years 9,10, 11 and 12 who are based in the Learning Centre everyday after school. Their role involves helping students in small groups or on a one to one basis, as part of our ‘Buddy Up’ scheme.

They will support you with homework and will also be around if you simply want a quiet, confidential chat or if you have any burning questions!

The Mentors can help make sure your transition from year 6 to year 7 into West Bridgford School is a smooth one. After all they have been through it only a few years ago themselves.

It is a fun, vibrant learning environment and a chance to meet new people, make new friends and get support from your peers.

Come along to the Learning Centre at 2:45 PM and see for yourself. Everyone is welcome and I’m sure once you have been you will be back again.

Thank you

Miss Tye, Miss Hemm and the Peer Mentors.
